Medical Emergencies

In you are are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT. Please inform the emergency room staff you are a patients of Dr. Paden and they will contact us.

After Hours Urgent Medical Needs

If you are in need of urgency, after hours care, please give our office a call at (541) 776-9026. Our doctor is on call 24 hours a day, so your call will be returned promptly.

Insurance / Payment / Billing

We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office or your insurance company to find out if we accept your plan.

If your insurance plan requires a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you need to pay this at the time of your visit. For questions about billing or insurance plans, please give our billing specialists a call at (541) 776-9026.

Referrals

For plans where you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care provider, you need to obtain your referral before we can see you at our office. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. If you do not receive your referral by the time of your visit, appointments will be rescheduled.

Prescription Requests

If you are an established patient of Paden Eye Care Center, you should contact your pharmacy when you are in need of a prescription refill. If needed, the pharmacy will then contact our office. If they need authorization from our office, it will be done during regular office hours. No refills are issued on weekends, holidays, or during the evenings, as the doctors do not have access to the medical records during those times. To avoid interruption to your medication therapy, please anticipate your refill needs.
